Dear Event Organiser, the principal benefits of placing your event onto the FIVA events calendar are:

  • Raising the profile of your event within the worldwide FIVA historic vehicle community via the FIVA website and social media channels.
  • Bringing your event to the attention of worldwide media via our our homepage, news columns, and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
  • Becoming an active, and therefore a recognised and acknowledged, member of the “family” of historic vehicle enthusiasts and event organisers that participate in, spectate at and support FIVA events.
  • For any changes to an existing event application please email the changes to events@fiva.org and we will action them and confirm when done.

Please note that your event will only be published on the FIVA Calendar once the EC have reviewed and approved it and any applicable fees have been received. Selecting the PayPal payment option ensures fast publication of your event.

You will receive an invoice, please pay this a quickly as possible since events will only be placed on the Event Calander once your payment has been received! For selected areas outside Europe, the invoice will include a link so you can pay online via Credit Cards or other means.

By submitting this event application, the organiser agrees to accept FIVA’s Terms and conditions. The organiser also confirms that this event will be run in conformance with the applicable FIVA Events Codes and agrees to comply with them. If in any doubt, then please contact the events commission to discuss any concerns. Email events@fiva.org.
